In last 20 years of Post Qualification experience As Chartered Accountant, Prashant has focused mainly on fund raising activities for SME. Prashant is the founder Partner of CA Firm Rajdeo Kalantri & Co., He was associate director of BDO consulting Pvt. Ltd., Pune (2007-2012) and was heading the branch. BDO is 5th Largest CA network in world.

 

The main area handled during BDO and as Partner- Rajdeo Kalantri & Co. was Fund raising and restructuring of debts besides business valuation. The Number of successful assignment handled till date exceed 150. 

 

Prashant Has completed more than 30 business valuation assignments including subsidiaries of multinational companies, Beside 300 + due diligence assignments for NPA acquisition by ARCIL (Asset Reconstruction Company)

 

Prashant has undertaken various due diligence, business Valuation and fund raising on behalf of various clients including multi-national companies and Banks. He is associated with more than than 15 public sector and private sector banks.

 

Success ratio achieved is more than 95% when it comes to sanction, as he handholds the clients through each stage of fund raising.
